Description:

Members of the engineering team support the Real Estate Management portfolio throughout a tri-county area. Individuals will perform a wide variety of installation, repairs and maintenance functions in one or more of the trade disciplines including but not limited to, ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. All areas of the facilities must be maintained in an aesthetically appealing condition, according to pre-established departmental standards. May be required to travel to various sites and work various schedules. Will be required to be part of the on call rotating schedule including weekends and must be familiar with standards concepts practices and procedures of commercial office buildings. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.62 - $26.81 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Drivers License from Florida.

Additional Qualifications:

• Three years experience in general repair, equipment inspections and building maintenance in any of the following fields including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, paint and dry wall.
• Miami-Dade Mechanical license preferred.
