BI & Analytics Developer

Role Overview

This role is responsible for leading the development, governance, and delivery of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions . You will oversee the BI landscape end-to-end—ensuring scalable architecture, high-performance reporting environments, and strong data modeling standards.

The position also plays a key role in collaborating with data engineering teams , driving BI strategy and roadmap, and enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise BI solutions
• Manage and support the BI platform to ensure stability, scalability, and performance
• Define and enforce data modeling standards (e.g., dimensional modeling, best practices)
• Design and optimize secure, high-performing dashboards and reporting environments using Power BI
• Oversee end-to-end BI architecture, including data sourcing, transformation, and visualization
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams on ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Drive evaluation of new tools and technologies and contribute to the BI roadmap
• Support and enable AI-driven use cases to enhance BI capabilities and data accessibility
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across BI development
  
  

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts with hands-on experience
• Advanced proficiency in SQL / Hands-on experience with SQL Server
• Experience with data modeling tools and designing scalable data structures
• Practical experience with ETL/ELT tools for building and managing data pipelines
• Strong expertise in building dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Solid understanding of BI architecture, data governance, and best practices
• Handson experience
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
