BI Developer

Tuesday 30 December 2025 Hybrid Working We are seeking a BI Developer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design and build BI reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Teradata, SQL, GCP cloud-native tools, and API integration.

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and data engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Architect and deliver BI dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker on GCP.
• Oversee development of robust SQL queries and data models across relational and non-relational databases.
• Champion Agile delivery, CI/CD practices, and version control using GitHub.
• Guide implementation of data pipelines using Python, dbt, and Kafka.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

• Confirmed hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); GCP Professional Data Engineer certification is advantageous.
• Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of relational/non-relational databases.
• Expertise in BI tools: PowerBI, Tableau, and GCP Looker.
• Experience with GitHub and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python and unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka).
• Knowledge of dbt for data transformation and CI/CD pipeline integration.
