Position Overview:
The
BI Developer II
is responsible for managing and optimizing data systems using Microsoft SQL, Python and BI tools to deliver scalable, automated BI solutions. The role involves designing data models, maintaining reporting infrastructure, and translating business needs into actionable insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support decision-making through efficient data delivery and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETLs, stored procedures, and database objects to support reporting and data analysis.

Build and manage scalable data solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable BI solutions using SQL and Power BI.

Translate business needs into technical specifications for data warehouse design and reporting automation.

Monitor and optimize data processes, automation, and reporting cycles to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of data-related requests in line with SLAs.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and contributing to PSP/DMAIC sessions.

Promote BI adoption and knowledge sharing across departments, acting as a strategic liaison between business and data teams.
Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong proficiency in
MS SQL Server (2016+), including SQL Server Data Tools, query optimization, and indexing.

Solid understanding of
data architecture, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

5 years and above experience in database analysis, reporting, and BI development using SQL, Power BI, and Excel,
preferably in a call center or WFM environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data modeling concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schema, OLAP).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of PowerApps and Flow is a plus.

Practical experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
