About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented BI Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This role involves working with complex data environments including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and external data sources such as CSV files, PDF documents, and APIs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights through advanced analytics and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract and integrate data from various sources including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, CSV files, PDFs, and API connections.
Clean, transform, and structure data for reporting and analytics.
Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures, views, and queries for efficient data processing.
Write Python scripts for automation, data enrichment, and custom add-ons.
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Utilize Databricks, Notebook Visualization, and other tools for advanced analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security across all BI platforms.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation planning.
Work within Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and task tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Strong SQL skills including stored procedures, views, and performance tuning.
Experience with Python for data manipulation and scripting.
Familiarity with Databricks, Notebook Visualization, and Azure Data Services.
Experience pulling and processing data from CSV, PDF, and API sources.
Solid understanding of data analysis, computation, and analytics.
Excellent English communication skills – clear spoken and written.
Proven experience working in global environments with diverse cultures and ethnicities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
