About The Role

we are is in charge of decision-making information systems, serving Orange Business different line of businesses such as marketing, pre-sales, sales, production, after-sales services, and customer-service for both France and international domains.

In this context, the Orange Reporting and Analytics (ORA) system is the new digital reporting solution for Orange Business Services customers. This application will be developed in Agile SCRUM mode brings advanced analytical features to go beyond the historical contractual reporting features which used to be provided by the customers’ service managers adding more value and meeting the customers’ expectations regarding what to be reported, the look & feel, accuracy of the report, report availability and reliability.In an Agile context, the senior data analyst is to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and analyze critical business data
• Identify patterns within data that highlight potential improvements in business practices
• Develop tools and data models to visualize and monitor data, contributing to comprehensive business understanding.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations using relevant tools (Power BI).
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through data governance best practices.
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
• Create\update technical documentation
  
  

About You

Functional Skills:

• Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a product-focused environment.
• Adept at various technologies
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a keen analytical mindset.
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Time management
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong Knowledge data extraction, manipulation and modeling
• Experience in working with/or
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies.
• Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
• Good experience in working in Agile and DevOps is a plus
