Summary: As a BI Engineer, you will engage in the development, migration, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions you create drive adoption and informed decision-making. You will also focus on integrating security measures and data privacy protections into your work, ensuring that the insights generated are both valuable and secure. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet the needs of stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis, Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with data visualization techniques to present findings effectively. - Experience in integrating security protocols and data privacy measures into BI solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
