You will be responsible for helping us Run our Platforms.

We’re looking for experienced Platform Support engineers who can support the day to day operations and health of enterprise scale applications.

Do you thrive in production environments and take pride in keeping mission‑critical platforms stable, secure, performant, and trusted.

Are you someone who naturally thinks in terms of availability, reliability, operability, user experience, identity, security and resilience?

Do you have hands‑on experience running and supporting on‑premise and cloud BI platforms such as PowerBI, Fabric, Looker and Data Gateways including incident management, change management, upgrades, patching and lifecycle management.

Are you able to work outside standard office hours, where needed?
As a successful BI Service Specialist, you will also need to demonstrate practical knowledge across:

Tenant and capacity management

Workspace and environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod)

Authentication and authorisation models

Embedding, APIs, SDKs

TLS / mTLS, load balancers, private endpoints

Capacity tuning and performance optimisation
