BI System Analyst.Enterprise Information Management

Job Purpose

Lead team to develop and implement mobile/desktop dashboards and provide end user’s self-services (Power User) to accelerate business analysis/reporting & decision making process.

Report To Position Name

• Assess dashboards/self-services requirements to communicate do-ability and delivery date.
• Develop dashboards to satisfy business requirements.
• Develop the user’s self-service capabilities (Power User semantic layer).
• Provide self-service training for end users.
• Coach, mentor and educate the team members to assure that they are technically qualified to do their job in the best and easiest way.
• Support other teams’ projects when required to achieve the overall department objectives.
• Handover dashboards/self-services to DWH Application Support to be able to support production issues.
• Provide second line of support for the production issues.
• Investigate issues reason/impact and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with the team for issues resolution and required recovery.
• Supporting business users in exploring the data and discovering patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends.
• Build and maintain online analytical processing (OLAP) models.
• Provide business consultancy in handling business questions & issues.
• Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills necessary for the effective performance of the role.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

-Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -In-Depth understanding of telecommunication industry business processes, business analysis and modeling.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

• 4+ years of experience in DWH & Business intelligence domain
• 2+ years of experience in Tableau / Power BI or any relevant BI Tool
• 4+ years of experience in SAP Business Object / Locker or any relevant BI Tool
• 2+ years’ experience in Python
• Experience with distributed systems, SQL engines as trino/presto/…etc
• Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI Concepts

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

• Experience in Project Management
