Job Title: BI Team Lead (Power BI and Oracle Analytics Server) Arabic Speaker

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BI Team Lead to lead the design, delivery, and governance of Business Intelligence solutions across the organization. The role is responsible for managing BI operations, defining BI architecture, and delivering high-quality dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure successful collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BI delivery using Power BI and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).

Manage and mentor the BI team, ensuring effective task allocation and delivery.

Define and maintain BI architecture, standards, and best practices.

Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and enterprise KPIs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into BI solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and reporting governance.

Coordinate with data engineering and IT teams for data integration and platform improvements.

Monitor BI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, including team leadership.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).

Experience designing BI architecture and enterprise reporting frameworks.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and KPI design.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Language

Arabic proficiency is optional (preferred).

English fluency required.
