We are looking for seasoned Business Intelligent Designer to join our team as we continue to grow our capability footprint across regions.The BI Designer will be in charge of developing dashaboard mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that highlighting the most effective visualizations and layouts
Responsibilities

Together with the Product Manager gather, understand, & document requirements from business users

Translate requirements into dashaboard mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that highlighting the most effective visualizations and layouts

Apply best practices in data visualizations, UI design, and information hierarchy to create clear, insightful, and actionable designs

Collaborate with Product Managers and BI Engineers to ensure designs can be technically implemented with the BI tools (PowerBI|)

Develop and maintain a design style guidelines for BI dashboards to ensure consistency across all of global products

Standardize visualization frameworks by defining templates, layouts, and design patterns for consistent experience across markets

Recommend visualization types and design approaches to maximize user adoption and data-driven decision-making

Conduct user feedback sessions together with Product Managers and Analysts to iterate on designs to continuously improve usability and impact

Document design rationale and specifications so BI Engineers have a clear build guide and future maintainers understand design choices
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in Reporting and Dashboarding design, Front end design, etc
-
Proven experience in data visualization design and mockup creation
-
Required skills: Data visualization ( Power BI), UI/UX experience

Proficeincy in design and prototyping tools

Experience in user research, usability testing, or design thinking
-
Master’s or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or related analytics field from a premier/Tier1 institute of India

Experience in Digital Commerce

Very strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and complex customer problems required

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
