The User Support & Enablement will provide operational support to business users utilizing BI reports and dashboards. The role focuses on user assistance, issue coordination, enablement, and adoption of BI services, ensuring smooth day-to-day usage of reporting solutions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

4-7 years of experience in BI support, reporting support, or analytics support roles.

Hands-on experience supporting BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.

Strong understanding of BI concepts, KPIs, and dashboards.

Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.

Experience supporting business users in a structured service environment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
