Key Responsibilities:

· Managing the company portal and handling payment processes.

· Following up on tenders and related documentation.

· Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Preparing and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.

Experience: working with portals, tenders, or a related field.

Qualification: Background in accounting or finance is a strong advantage

Other Skills: Good organizational and communication skills and Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Experience:

  • Bid Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounting or Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
