Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the sales department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative and operational task.

· Building and leading project teams, coordinating resource allocation, and setting up effective communication frameworks.

· Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately.

· Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors to support operational efficiency and procurement timelines.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.

· Respond to client inquiries and provide effective customer service support.

· Tracking progress and performance to proactively address deviations and maintain alignment with timelines and budgets.

· Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

· Monitor inventory and coordinate product availability.

· Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and procedures.

· Handle documentation such as accreditation, contract, proposals, and presentations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

· Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar platform) is a plus.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

· Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Clear and effective communicator in both written and verbal.

· Candidate with previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
