Bid Engineer

The Bid Engineer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive bids and proposals for projects. This role involves analyzing tender documents, estimating costs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals in line with client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to gather necessary inputs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and contractual requirements.
• Manage bid timelines and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Conduct risk analysis and identify potential challenges in bids.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and related documentation.
