🚀 We’re Hiring: Bid Manager | Abu Dhabi

Ankabut is seeking a talented and driven Bid Manager to join our Service Development team . This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end bid and tender process , collaborating across departments to deliver impactful, win-ready proposals.

🔹 About the Role

You will be responsible for shaping winning strategies, ensuring compliance, and coordinating contributions from technical, commercial, and legal stakeholders. As the Bid Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Ankabut’s growth and success.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead bid kick-offs, schedules, and compliance reviews.
• Define win themes and create compelling storylines.
• Coordinate solution inputs, pricing, legal, and risk management.
• Maintain a robust bid library (boilerplates, CVs, case studies, certifications).
• Oversee reviews (pink/red/gold) and manage clarifications/Q&A.
• Track and report on bid KPIs (win rate, margin, cycle time).

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in bid/proposal management (SaaS, IT services, or EdTech preferred).
• Strong expertise in RFP processes, compliance, and structured proposal frameworks.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate across technical, commercial, and legal teams .

🔹 Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with framework agreements and multi-lot bids.
• Knowledge of EdTech standards and public-sector procurement.
