The Role
Role Purpose: To drive company growth and profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities through government and private sector channels. The role focuses on managing tender processes (particularly via the Etimad Platform), developing strong customer and partner relationships, and ensuring efficient sales operations that contribute to increased revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Management • Support increased sales pipeline and revenue generation by maximizing customer and partner engagement on key, high-value sales activities. • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new growth opportunities. • Develop and execute structured account management plans based on customers’ business needs and priorities. • Achieve revenue targets by generating leads, managing opportunities, and successfully closing sales deals. • Enhance customer and partner satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and professional support on sales and administrative matters. Tender Management (Government & Private Sector) • Monitor and analyze government and private tender opportunities, particularly through the Etimad Platform. • Purchase and study tender documents to evaluate technical and financial feasibility. • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to prepare comprehensive proposals. • Prepare and organize qualification and bid submission files according to official requirements and deadlines. • Manage the complete tender lifecycle — from opportunity identification to award notification — ensuring compliance with all submission standards. • Maintain and update all company information, certifications, and documentation within Etimad and other relevant portals. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare periodic reports on submitted bids, awarded projects, and revenue performance against targets and budgets. • Develop and maintain a professional company profile and marketing materials for tenders and client presentations. • Support management with analysis and reports that guide decision-making and business planning. • Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all tender-related and sales activities.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in tender management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology or IT services sector. • Proven hands-on experience with government tenders via the Etimad Platform is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of the Government Tenders and Procurement System and related compliance processes. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
