About the Role
The Bid Manager for General Engineering plays a key role in securing strategic opportunities across our core building engineering disciplines in the Middle East. Working closely with the TU Service Line Partner, this role leads medium and large-scale bids from kick-off through to submission. The Bid Manager provides structure, direction, and accountability across the full bid lifecycle, ensuring each submission is competitive, compliant, and strategically positioned to win. The role will be central to delivering lead design consultant and multi-disciplinary engineering opportunities.
You will manage, direct and lead multi-disciplinary teams, translate strategic intent into actionable bid plans and work closely with technical, commercial, legal, and creative leads to deliver high-quality submissions that promote a technical first approach supplemented by a complementary commercial proposal. This role demands strong leadership, commercial understanding, and the ability to drive performance under pressure.
