Estimation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Estimation Manager to lead our estimation and tendering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, tendering, and project pricing within the [fit-out/construction/MEP] sector. This role requires excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure accurate and competitive project bids.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum [7–10] years of experience in estimation, with at least [3+] years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in tendering and cost estimation for [fit-out / construction / MEP] projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost breakdown, and pricing methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
