Job Title: Bid & Solutions Specialist

Purpose of the Role

The Tendering & Solution Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing tender and RFP opportunities while supporting the design and development of tailored technical and commercial solutions across MBME Group. The role bridges tender management, solution development, and proposal coordination to ensure MBME submits competitive, high-quality, and technically feasible proposals aligned with client requirements and the Group’s strategic objectives.

This position requires a proactive, bilingual (Arabic/English) professional with strong technical and commercial acumen in IT, fintech, and digital transformation domains.

Key Responsibilities1. Tender Scouting & Identification

  • Monitor government and enterprise tender platforms daily to identify new opportunities relevant to MBME subsidiaries.
  • Assess tenders based on feasibility, profitability, and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date tracker of open, upcoming, and submitted tenders.

2. Proposal Development & Submission

  • Lead the full proposal lifecycle — from initial scouting to submission — ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate inputs from sales, technical, finance, and legal teams while minimizing disruption to internal resources.
  • Independently draft, compile, and enhance proposal documents (technical and financial).
  • Ensure consistency in branding, structure, and content quality across all submissions.

3.Solution Design & Client Engagement

· Work with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical and commercial solutions.

· Develop solution outlines, RFI/RFP responses, and value-driven presentations.

· Prepare solution decks, executive summaries, and supporting documentation.

· Assist in client meetings, workshops, and demos when required.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with product, IT, and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align proposal visuals, templates, and case studies.
  • Maintain a central repository of reusable proposal assets, templates, and references.

5. Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement practices.

Suggest improvements to tendering and solution development processes.

Support analysis of bid outcomes and contribute insights for process optimization.

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, RFP lifecycles, and government procurement standards.
  • Proven ability to design and write winning proposals independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent technical comprehension across IT, fintech, and digital transformation domains.
  • Exceptional Arabic and English writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent submissions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and e-tendering portals.
  • Strong presentation, research, and coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in Tender Management, Presales, or Proposal Writing (preferably in IT, fintech, or digital transformation).
  • Proven track record in leading and winning government and enterprise tenders.
  • Familiarity with UAE and GCC government procurement ecosystems.
  • Arabic and English fluency (mandatory).
