Research the market with potential new leads Must be good in direct communication with potential clients through various channels Negotiating attractive prices with clients to confirm the deal. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems

Getting business from Different channels ( Upwork/freelancer/Fiverr/LinkedIn etc)

Great networking, negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Good communication skills and fluent in English.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Freelancer.pk, Fiverr, and Upwork.
  • Write compelling proposals and customized cover letters to attract clients.
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand project requirements, and coordinate with the internal team.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow Rankdrill’s online presence.
  • Keep track of bidding data, success rates, and performance analytics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bidder or business development executive on Freelancer, Fiverr, and Upwork.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of freelancing platform algorithms and proposal best practices.
  • Ability to identify profitable niches and target clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in digital marketing, web/app development, or design services.
  • Experience in client communication and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project tracking.
