We’re looking for an experienced Upwork bidder who can help us win WordPress and Shopify projects.

You should know the basics of website creation, customization, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing so you can handle client conversations confidently.

You’ll also manage direct-marketing leads, not just Upwork bids.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and bid on quality WordPress, Shopify, and web projects on Upwork
  • Write personalized proposals (no templates)
  • Chat with clients and understand requirements
  • Handle and convert leads generated through direct marketing
  • Coordinate with our technical team for scope and pricing
  • Keep track of bids, replies, and conversions

What We Need

  • Proven Upwork bidding / business development experience
  • Strong understanding of WordPress & Shopify, customization, SEO basics
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and social media marketing
  • Good written English and communication skills
  • Independent, organized, and target-driven

Salary Options

  • 40,000 – 50,000 PKR fixed salary + commission
  • OR commission-only (higher rates) — your choice
