Position:

We are currently on the lookout for an Enthusiastic and Operationally Strong Individual for the role of experienced BDE (Tech/IT) at our office based in Lahore. The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise and experience in the field.

Education/Qualification:
Graduation or Bachelors degree in Marketing or CS/IT/SE or related field

Experience:
2+ years of experience (USA based projects and Tech industry) with LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Upwork and cold calls (Upwork experience is a plus)

Timings:
Willing and flexible to work in the night shifts (4:30 pm-1:30am)

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Upwork, and other online tools.
  • Engage prospects through personalized LinkedIn messages, connection requests, and follow-ups to build relationships and qualify leads.
  • Craft compelling email templates and optimize email sequences to increase open and response rates.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce to track lead activity, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain organized contact records.
  • Ability to design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, with experience using email automation and Salesforce integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Use LinkedIn and email campaigns to generate interest in our software development solutions.
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up with personalized emails or LinkedIn outreach to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions in the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Track lead status, update prospect information, and ensure follow-ups are timely and strategic.
  • Close qualified leads through consistent engagement and follow-up.
  • Collaborate on strategies to optimize outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future outreach efforts.
