Job Description: Sales Executive – Food Products

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our SuperChef sauces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food products and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling SuperChef sauces to retail outlets, wholesalers, and food service providers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration in the market.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

Market Development:
Identify and explore new sales opportunities and untapped markets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Order and Inventory Management:

Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and avoid stockouts.

Promotional Activities:
Participate in sales promotions, exhibitions, and events to showcase SuperChef sauces.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive product awareness.
Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
