Overview

Big Binary Tech is an educational institute building a full-scale IT agency and software house. We train students, hire them as interns, and deliver real international client projects under senior supervision.
To scale this ecosystem, we are hiring a skilled onsite bidder who can bring qualified global projects

Job Location

Onsite – Lahore\ DHA Phase 2 Opposite Avenue Mall Lahore

Role Objective

To generate high-quality international IT leads that can be delivered by our students, interns, and senior technical team, while protecting client trust and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid on international IT projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
• Write customized, client-focused proposals
• Identify qualified projects suitable for agency + internship delivery
• Communicate professionally with international clients
• Gather requirements and coordinate with technical team
• Filter unrealistic budgets, timelines, or scopes
• Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and bid performance
• Support long-term client relationship building

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year experience in IT bidding / business development
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn
• Strong English communication & proposal writing
• Ability to explain technical services to non-technical clients
• Professional mindset and accountability

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with software houses or agencies
• Understanding of project scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools
