Job Title: Civil Engineer – Bidding Manager (Tendering & Estimation)

Location: Riyadh

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Bidding Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and pricing strategies for both private and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Manage and lead the pricing and tendering process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Review and evaluate project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and tender requirements.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 : 15 years of experience in pricing, estimation, or tendering.
• Strong knowledge of both private and government project procedures.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: From ﷼12,000.00 per month
