Bidding Specialist

Trajital is looking for a bidding Specialist.

Overview:

The Bidding Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new project opportunities on various freelance platforms for our Digital Marketing Niche services. This role requires crafting tailored proposals that highlight our technical expertise and service capabilities, ensuring a consistent flow of projects that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research suitable Digital Marketing Niche projects on freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer).

- Create tailored proposals that showcase our technical skills, past successes, and value propositions.

- Develop competitive and profitable bid strategies while adhering to budget constraints.

- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and negotiate terms.

- Track and manage all bids and proposals, maintaining accurate records of all activities.

- Follow up on bid statuses and convert proposals into confirmed projects.

- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in freelance bidding within the Digital Marketing Niche industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Niche industry trends and client needs.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using freelance platforms and relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in Digital Marketing or related fields.

- Experience in project management and client handling.

Additional Details:

- Timings: Evening Shift

- Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday

- Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
