Female Procurement & Import Coordinator

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Purchase orders and close follow up with local as well as international suppliers.

✅ Track shipments and ensure timely delivery with vendors and freight agents.

✅ Prepare and maintain import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

✅ Reconcile and maintain all suppliers' data.

✅ Support the Procurement Manager with coordination and administrative tasks.

✅ Daily and weekly follow-up with suppliers and submit reports timely

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors with experience & knowledge of Imports & purchases.1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or import/export coordination
  • Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
  • Good understanding of import documentation and logistics workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
  • Prior experience in the IT hardware or technology distribution industry is a plus
