Bids & Contracts Manager – Doha, Qatar

Are you a strategic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for winning bids and driving commercial excellence?

We’re looking for an experienced Bids & Contracts Manager to join our Commercial Department and lead our Bids Division.

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be at the heart of every tender—working closely with technical, legal, and finance teams to deliver high-quality proposals for large-scale projects.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and manage the bids and contracts team , ensuring all submissions meet deadlines and compliance standards.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs across departments.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Develop cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Support in drafting and reviewing contractual correspondences and claims .
• Build and maintain a robust database of tenders and supplier communications.
• Mentor and guide a team of junior bid executives and estimators.

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–6 years’ experience in bids and contracts within large-scale projects (construction, aviation, or technology sectors preferred).
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a small team.
• Must be currently based in Doha, Qatar.
