Bid Management
  • Prepare and submit bid proposals in response to RFPs.
  • Analyze bid specifications and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to gather input for bid submissions.
Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
  • Address and resolve any contract-related issues promptly.
Customer and Vendor Registration
  • Manage the customer registration process, ensuring all documentation is verified.
  • Oversee vendor registration and assess compliance with requirements.
  • Maintain and update the database of registered customers and vendors.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with project managers, finance, and legal teams to align on bid and contract processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding bids and contracts.
  • Prepare and present reports on bid status, contract performance, and compliance.
