BIDS Sales Specialist

Promote existing state contracts to eligible government agencies, ensuring awareness of available products.

Conduct outreach campaigns (email, phone, events) to generate new sales from government offices.

Research and track upcoming bid opportunities across federal, state, and local levels.

Prepare and submit competitive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

Coordinate with production, design, and operations to ensure proposals reflect accurate capabilities and pricing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and agency buyers.

Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for strategy improvement.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales/proposal reports.

Experience with state procurement systems and vendor portals.

CRM experience

Familiarity with GSA schedules or state master contracts.

Knowledge of print, signage, or banner/flag manufacturing processes.

Experience with marketing campaigns for B2G (Business to Government).

Graphic design skills for proposal visuals and outreach materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
