Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Bike Messenger to join our shipping and logistics team. The role involves delivering and collecting shipments, documents, and parcels efficiently and on time, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver shipments, parcels, and documents as assigned.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while following company schedules and routes.
• Maintain proper handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Obtain signatures and delivery confirmations from clients/customers.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding delivery status.
• Adhere to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain the bike in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle/bike license.
• Proven experience as a messenger, courier, or delivery rider preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle packages safely and responsibly.
• Good communication skills in [English/Arabic/Other languages as applicable].
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in logistics or courier services.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps.
