Job Summary:

Battmobile, UAE’s leading onsite auto services provider, is hiring a Bike Rider to join our dynamic team. The role involves safely delivering onsite auto services to customers across the UAE, maintaining bike condition, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a valid bike license, knowledge of traffic rules, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver services to the designated locations within the set time frame and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety while riding.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the bike before each ride and report any maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of services being provided to the customers on-site.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and handle returns when necessary.
• Plan the most efficient routes to save time and fuel while reaching the customer’s location.
• Use navigation apps or devices to navigate unfamiliar locations.
• Maintain effective communication with the dispatcher and report any delays, issues, or accidents.
• Keep records of deliveries, including date, time, and recipient information.
• Wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet and follow safety guidelines to protect yourself and others on the road.

Requirements:

• Valid bike riding license.
• Good knowledge of local traffic rules and regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out delivery duties.
• Familiarity with the use of GPS and navigation apps.

Salary Bracket: 2000-2200 AED + Commission
