Sales Executive-Air shipments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE.
  • Present and promote our courier & freight services.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery service for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ proven sales experience in courier, freight or logistics services (B2B focus).
  • Strong existing network of corporate customers in the UAE (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not required).

What We Offer:

  • Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 (Without Car – Inside Sales) and AED 5,500-7,500 (With Car – Field Sales) – Salary range dependent on work experience/ candidate background.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM – 5:30PM and Saturday 1/2 Day (8AM-1:30 PM)
