Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE.
- Present and promote our courier & freight services.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery service for customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ proven sales experience in courier, freight or logistics services (B2B focus).
- Strong existing network of corporate customers in the UAE (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not required).
What We Offer:
- Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 (Without Car – Inside Sales) and AED 5,500-7,500 (With Car – Field Sales) – Salary range dependent on work experience/ candidate background.
