Job Description:
As a Bike Rider at Time Express Parcels LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of parcels to our customers. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders, handling parcels with care, and ensuring the safety of both the parcels and yourself during transit. This role requires excellent time management, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Deliver and pick up parcels in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle parcels with care to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transit.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery and pickups.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team and customers as needed.
• Ensure the safety of the parcels and yourself while on the road.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Report any issues or delays in delivery to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and functional bike at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (must be more than one year old).
• All Original documents (Passport, visa etc) for verification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Familiarity with using GPS and navigation apps is a plus.
