Bike Rider / Pickup & Delivery Executive

Job Summary

Fixsquad is looking for a reliable and experienced Bike Rider to handle pickup and delivery of customer devices across Dubai. The role also includes collecting spare parts from suppliers and coordinating deliveries between headquarters, service centers, and mall counters. Company motorbike will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup customer devices from homes, offices, and business locations
• Deliver repaired devices safely and on time
• Collect spare parts and accessories from suppliers
• Transport devices and parts between HQ and mall service counters
• Ensure proper handling of smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other electronics
• Maintain delivery records and obtain customer confirmations
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding schedules
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company bike

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years riding experience in Dubai
• Valid UAE motorcycle driving license (Required)
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations
• Basic English communication skills
• Responsible and punctual attitude
• Ability to use Google Maps and mobile apps
• Experience in courier, logistics, or delivery roles preferred

• Safe handling of devices
• Daily task completion
• Customer feedback
• Attendance and punctuality

Working Hours:

• 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
• Flexible/rotational timings depending on operations

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Bike rider / delivery: 2 years in Dubai (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Motorcycle License (Required)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
