Bike Rider - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and efficient Bike Rider to join our Quick Service Restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders to our valued customers. The Bike Rider will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service experience by providing friendly and professional service during the delivery process.

Responsibilities:

Delivery:Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers' doorsteps.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of food items during transportation.
Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
Safety:Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure a safe delivery experience.
Use safety equipment, including helmets and reflective gear.
Hygiene Standards:Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness standards while handling food orders.
Ensure the cleanliness of the delivery bags and equipment.
Communication:Communicate effectively with customers and restaurant staff.
Report any issues or challenges encountered during deliveries.
Navigation:Familiarity with local routes and efficient navigation using maps or GPS.
Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Documentation:Ensure all required documentation, including a valid driver's license and required permission to deliver foods stuff
Keep records of deliveries, including time of delivery and customer feedback.
Equipment Maintenance:

Should have his own bike with carier to deliver food.

Regularly inspect and maintain the bike to ensure it is in good working condition.
Report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license for a bike.
• Proven experience as a bike rider or delivery personnel is a plus.
• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry food orders.
• Stamina to ride a bike for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Valid UAE driving license (Required)
