Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and government paperwork.
  • Assist HR with employees’ medical check-ups, visa, and immigration-related documentation.
  • Drive company staff, clients, and visitors to assigned locations safely and on time.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, service schedules, and trip logs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as bank visits, office supply procurement, and courier deliveries.
  • Manage tasks related to company leases and licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulations
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid driving license with a clean record.
  • Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Basic administrative and documentation skills.
