Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and government paperwork.
- Assist HR with employees’ medical check-ups, visa, and immigration-related documentation.
- Drive company staff, clients, and visitors to assigned locations safely and on time.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, service schedules, and trip logs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as bank visits, office supply procurement, and courier deliveries.
- Manage tasks related to company leases and licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulations
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid driving license with a clean record.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Basic administrative and documentation skills.
