Hiring Requirements

Language Level: B1 ,B1+ or B2 (English)

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome

Skills:

-- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

-- Active and friendly tone of voice

-- Ability to handle bilingual (Arabic & English) calls

Role Allocation

For Males

-- Inbound Voice (Customer Service)

-- Non-Voice (Chat Support)

Females:

-- Outbound Voice (Follow-up / Call-back for Retail)

Typing Benchmarks for Chat account ONLY

(For Males)

English Chat: 35 words per minute

Arabic Chat: 30 words per minute

Accuracy: Minimum 85%

Work Conditions

-- Interaction Type : Voice Calls (depending on role)

-- Work Type : On-site – Maadi, Degla Square

-- Shifts : Rotational weekly schedule (morning, night, and overnight)

Last shift for females 9:00 PM Cairo Time

-- Shift Duration : 8 working hours + 1-hour total break (15 + 30 + 15 minutes)

-- Days Off : 2 days weekly (80% consecutive)

Training Details

-- Training Duration : 2 months total (4–5 weeks training + 4 weeks practice + 1 week certification)

-- Schedule : 8 hours daily + 1-hour break (starting at 8 AM or 3 PM)

-- Days Off : 2 per week

-- Training Payment : Fully paid monthly, regardless of certification results

Compensation Packages

For B1+ Level (Males) Net Salary: EGP 13,500 / Gross Salary: EGP 16,985

-- Base: EGP 11,313

-- Variable: EGP 2,187

Training Salary (Net): EGP 11,313 Per Month

For B2 Level (Males) Net Salary: EGP 15,887 / Gross Salary: EGP 19,100

-- Base: EGP 13,254

-- Variable: EGP 2,633

Training Salary (Net): EGP 13,254

For Females – Outbound Retail Call-Back Net Salary*: EGP 14,680 / Gross Salary: EGP 18,400

-- Base: EGP 12,316

-- Variable: EGP 2,364

Training Salary (Net): EGP 12,316
