Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills
  • Support office management functions such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace
  • Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing files, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities in a busy environment
  • Previous office or administrative experience combined with good organizational skills will set you up for success
