Essential Job Functions

• Assertively meet and exceed sales goals and appointments set quota.
• Deliver prepared script that describes water testing benefits to homeowners, in order to secure appointments.
• Obtain customer information such as name. address, and household information for data-entry.
• Schedules appointments for homeowners with database systems.
• Communicate effectively with outside water specialist to meet customer needs and availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential customers to key business relationships.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Multi-tasking multiple tasks (Typing while navigating different interfaces and delivering script).
• 1 year of telephone sales experience.
• Work effectively in a team environment while striving for individual excellence.

Desired

• Call center experience.
• +1 year of Telemarketing/Appointment setting experience.
