Estate Planning Case Manager (Bilingual) – Full-Time, Onsite

Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 (DOE) annually

We’re hiring a Bilingual Estate Planning Case Manager to support a growing legal practice focused on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and confident working directly with clients.

If you have strong writing skills, excellent communication, and experience managing documents or multi-step workflows, you will be fully trained on the estate planning process — including how to draft and prepare legal documents with attorney oversight.

This position is 100% onsite in El Paso, TX.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft and prepare wills, trusts, and powers of attorney (training and templates provided).
  • Meet with clients to explain documents clearly in English and Spanish.
  • Manage each case from intake through drafting, attorney review, signing, and completion.
  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Track all case milestones, signatures, revisions, and document versions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized electronic and physical records.
  • Support attorneys by preparing documents, tracking status updates, and flagging issues.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills — client-facing comfort is essential
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple active files
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working onsite daily

We’re Open to Training Candidates Who Bring:

  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, financial services, healthcare admin, case management, real estate coordination, or other document-heavy roles
  • Strong written communication and a willingness to learn estate planning drafting
  • A track record of accuracy, client care, and follow-through

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience drafting or assisting with wills, trusts, or powers of attorney
  • Background in estate planning, probate, or legal support

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Clear growth path: Case Manager -- Senior Case Manager -- Paralegal II
  • Newly renovated private office workspace
  • All El Paso County courthouse holidays off
  • Additional PTO when courts are closed (approximately one day per month)
  • Flexible sick and emergency leave
  • After 90 days: enrollment in a professional development program and eligibility for a certification stipend

Who Succeeds Here

You’re dependable, organized, and take pride in producing clean, accurate work. You handle sensitive client conversations with patience and professionalism, and you thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment where quality matters.

If you’re ready for a meaningful role supporting families through important planning decisions — and you’re excited to learn the estate planning process — we’d love to hear from you.
