Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Multiple clinic locations

Responsibilities

· Perform patient intake including vital signs and health histories

· Document visits accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

· Assist providers during exams and procedures

· Administer PO and IM medications

· Perform venipuncture for pediatric and adult patients

· Conduct rapid point-of-care lab testing

· Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies

· Support daily clinic operations and patient flow

Requirements

✔ Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) — to be obtained within 90 days of hire
✔ BLS Certification — Required
✔ 1–3 years medical office experience

Preferred Qualifications

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

· Athena EMR experience a plus

· Prior authorization experience
