Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information in both languages.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming experience for all clients.
• Support clients with account management tasks such as updating personal information or processing payments securely.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver outstanding client services consistently.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (multilingual ability required).
• Previous call center experience or customer support background preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
