Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support our customers through phone, email, and chat. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, resolves issues efficiently, and enjoys helping others.

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when appropriate.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 1-year of customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email systems, CRM platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous remote work experience.
• Experience in call center or high-volume customer support environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-Time: Approximately 24-30 hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling options may be available.
• Fully remote.
