This is an in-office position located in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities:
1. Exhibit a high sense of urgency.
3. Follow documented policies and procedures for all activities related to Octagos Health.
4. Manage all Incoming and outgoing calls promptly and effectively and efficiently.
5. Address questions and educate our customers and patients.
6. Demonstrate the ability to de-escalate calls.
7. Send and respond to emails /voice mails.
8. Data entry.
9. Communicate in a professional, diplomatic, and empathetic manner using articulation, dictation and with good voice quality.
10. Identify, document, and escalate complaints per standard operating procedures.
11. Assist with inventory tasks as needed.
12. Work to achieve Customer Experience quality and productivity goals.
