Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Bilingual Customer Service Representative position in our Rogers school-based departments. Candidates must be able to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of experience in a related field is preferred. The position will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of Arisa Health's intake of all new and returning clients. As part of the Arisa Health service delivery system, the Customer Service Representative will provide an interactive, welcoming response to all inquiries for service by engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgmental way.
Responsibilities include accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records, accurate maintenance of fee agreements, updating eligibility, and ensuring that needed pre-certifications and authorizations are in place. Other duties can include reconciling reports within the Electronic Medical Record and working with therapists and other staff members on problems related to weekly reports and billing issues. Timely answering of all phone calls and inquiries from clients or other staff members is required. The Bilingual CSR will also provide interpreting services for Arisa associates who are working with Spanish-speaking clients and their family members.
Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
