About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual, customer-focused team member to support our growing auto glass installation business. This role is primarily inbound customer service and sales, with opportunities to earn additional commission through outbound sales for the right candidate.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, providing quotes, scheduling installations, and delivering a positive, professional experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Provide pricing, product information, and service recommendations
Schedule auto glass installations and repairs
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
Accurately enter customer and job details into our system
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
Assist with outbound sales calls (preferred, not required)
Work closely with the operations and installation teams
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Comfortable handling phone-based sales and service
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Auto glass or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
