DEP LLC is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish & English) who can maintain strong relationships with existing clients, manage monthly recurring services, and identify upselling opportunities.
You will play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients
- Manage monthly recurring service accounts
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, messages, and emails
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Marketing, Development)
- Maintain records of communication in CRM
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements / Specifications
- Education: O/A Levels, Intermediate, or above
- Languages: Excellent command over English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage client communication and recurring service accounts
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High level of emotional intelligence when dealing with clients
- Customer-centric attitude with focus on satisfaction and retention
- Ability to identify upselling opportunities while assisting clients
- Self-motivated, assertive, and responsive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle different client situations
Plus Point:
