What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As the Janitorial Supervisor, you are the bridge between our client’s needs and our team’s success. You will act as the primary Janitorial Team Lead on-site, ensuring high standards are met daily. Your role includes:

• Leading the Team: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to The Budd Group standard.
• Hands-on Support: Perform and oversee general cleaning duties, including trash removal, dusting, restroom maintenance, and vacuuming.
• Quality Control: Ensure the building is maintained according to scope while serving as the Site Lead for quality inspections.
• Operational Excellence: Support the Manager in training new staff, managing supplies, and coordinating special tasks as required.

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of solid janitorial experience with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Physicality: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. repetitively.
• Commitment: A professional mindset and a desire to make a real impact as a Janitorial Team Lead.
